Common Questions About Our Supplement & Skincare OEM Services
Are we a reliable supplement and skincare manufacturer?
Yes — we are MLF, a trusted OEM/ODM manufacturer with over 23 years of experience in health supplements, skincare, and personal-care products.
Our facilities are certified with GMP, HACCP, ISO, ensuring safe, consistent, and high-quality production for brands in Malaysia and worldwide.
How can you evaluate the quality of MLF products? Can you request samples?
Absolutely. We provide samples for both supplement and skincare products so you can test texture, taste, efficacy, and overall quality. Every batch goes through strict QC, stability testing, microbial checks, ingredient verification, and full documentation.
Can we replicate the effects of an existing product on the market?
Yes. For both skincare and supplements, we can create a custom formulation with similar functions and benefits. We do not copy proprietary formulas, but we can develop a product that achieves comparable results using approved, safe, and effective ingredients.
Can you place a small initial order?
Yes. We accept small MOQ orders for both supplement and skincare categories, suitable for new brands, pilot batches, or testing market response. MOQ varies based on dosage form (capsule, powder, drink, cream, serum, toner, etc.) and packaging type.
How long is the production cycle?
Our typical timeline:

- R&D & Sample: 7–14 working days
- Packaging Design: 10-20 working days
- Mass Production: 25-45working days
Skincare:
- Lab Formulation & Sample: 7-14 working days
- Stability & Compatibility Checks
- Mass Production: 30–60 working days (depending on complexity & packaging suitability)
What is our payment process?
We follow a clear and simple system:
- 50% deposit upon project confirmation
- 50% balance before delivery
Additional fees (design, special packaging, imported raw materials) are quoted transparently in advance.
Can you provide your own packaging materials?
Yes. You may supply bottles, jars, sachets, pumps, droppers, boxes, or labels.
Our QC team will check material compatibility (especially for skincare) to ensure safety and production suitability.
